MANAGING YOUR BUSINESS BLOG
FROM START TO FINISH

vip BUSINESS BLOG MANAGEMENT

Do you have a content marketing strategy but no one in your team to implement it?

You believe that content marketing works – you’ve seen first-hand that it delivers results.

As a company, you’re saying YES to creating and sharing regular content on your business blog.

But you don’t have anyone in your team with the right skill set or the time to implement it. And hiring an in-house Content Writer just isn’t on the cards for you right now.

GET IN TOUCH

why not hire someone to manage the whole blogging process for you?

Maybe you tried hiring various freelancers in the past – a content marketer, an SEO specialist, a writer, a VA…

But with so many moving parts to the process, you were spending way too much time micro-managing the day-to-day running of your business blog.

So let me ask you this.

How would you like it if you could hire someone who takes care of the whole process, from start to finish?

What difference would it make to your business?

Let me be the person who takes care of your business blog, beginning to end.

Step 1

WE MEET TO DISCUSS YOUR STRATEGY AND OBJECTIVES

You share your mission, vision, and values + your business goals and insight on your ideal clients.

Step 2

I TRANSLATE YOUR STRATEGY INTO A CONTENT CALENDAR

At the beginning of every month, I come to you with a blogging calendar for you to sign off.

Step 3

RELAX WHILE I MANAGE THE BLOGGING PROCESS

I research the topics & keywords + write, optimise, format, & upload 4 posts a month for you.

let me be the person who helps you with your business blog.

Over the last few years, I have written and published hundreds of blog posts for various clients, online magazines, and platforms.

I work closely with my clients to understand their business objectives and to help them attract more qualified leads through their blog content.

I know what it’s like to feel frustrated because you don’t have the time or the head space to give your content the attention it deserves.

Outsourcing and delegating single tasks can create more work for you, which is why I take care of the whole process for you, from start to finish.

I do a lot of work upfront to get to know your business and become familiar with your tone and voice.

And then you can just trust me to get the work done for you. Every month, I research, write, optimise, and upload 4 long-form blog posts for your business blog. Once they’re ready, you can choose to review them or just let me hit publish.

Does that sound just like what you need?

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

This package is for businesses who are committed to a long-term content marketing strategy and costs £1,750 per month for a minimum period of 6 months.

Hop over to the question ‘Do you offer a trial period’ to find out more about that.

An initial 2 to 3-hour consultation either on Zoom or, if logistically possible, face-to-face (traveling costs and fees may apply to in-person meetings) to discuss your objectives, your strategy, your mission and vision, and to talk about your ideal customers or clients.

After our initial meeting, I will send you a proposed editorial calendar covering the first 3 months worth of blog content (12 blog post topics in total). Once you sign it off, I’ll get to work and research, write, optimise, format, and upload 4 long-form (1,000+ words) blog posts for your business blog.

The more information you can give me upfront and in our initial consultation, the easier it is for me to understand what’s required and go off and do the work as independently as possible. My goal is to save you time!

As a minimum, I will need access to:

  • your content marketing strategy,
  • your branding guidelines,
  • any information you have available on your ideal clients,
  • your existing website and blog content,
  • and any other relevant marketing material (online or offline) you can provide.

I will also need regular (but minimal) access to a decision-maker in your business who can sign off and approve the proposed topics and give the go-ahead for the content to be published.

And finally, if you want me to upload the blog posts on your Content Management System, I will need you to create an Editor login for me and give me access to the back end of your website.

Not necessarily. But if you think consulting with your team members can add value to the content or speed up the process of me getting to know your business, then I’m open to having regular contact with nominated members of your team either over the phone or on Zoom.

I have written hundreds of blog posts, so I can provide you with a lot of examples of my work, which will give you an idea of the quality of my content before you commit to working with me.

You’re also welcome to read through my LinkedIn recommendations and get in touch with any of my existing or previous clients before you make a decision to hire me.

I ask all clients who buy this package to commit to a minimum period of 6 months. In the unlikely scenario you decide that we’re not a good fit, you can terminate the contract by giving me a minimum one-month’s notice after the initial 3 months.

Yes! Following our initial meeting, and with a good understanding of your content marketing strategy and your business objectives over the next 6-12 months, I will research the best longtail keyword to use (unless you have any suggestions) and ensure the blog posts are fully-optimised for those keywords.
